Rivka Levin, M.A. (she/her)

Doctoral Associate

Rivka holds a Masters of Arts and is currently completing her doctoral degree in Clinical-Developmental Psychology at York University. Rivka brings a genuine, compassionate, and non-judgmental approach to her work with individuals with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and parenting issues. Depending on what best suits the individual client, she integrates several evidence-based approaches, including Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT). Rivka has trained in a variety of mental health settings, including the Hospital for Sick Children, Reach Out Centre for Kids (ROCK), and the York University Psychology Clinic. Academically, Rivka’s research focuses on emotion regulation among young adults. At Step Stone Psychology, Rivka provides comprehensive psychodiagnostic and psychoeducational assessments and evidence-based therapies to children, adolescents, adults, and families.
