We believe that healthy workplaces start with informed, supported, and empowered teams. Our clinic offers tailored corporate training designed to strengthen mental health, inclusivity, and resilience in your organization. From promoting self-care and mental well-being in the workplace, to fostering gender diversity and creating identity-affirming environments, our sessions are interactive, practical, and grounded in psychological expertise. We also provide training to build motivation, enhance teamwork, and equip teams with the skills to navigate difficult situations or traumatic events. Additionally, we offer specialized guidance on grief and transition counselling—helping organizations and employees adapt to change with compassion and stability.

Healthcare & Community Training
Talks and full or half-day workshops are available on varied topics (e.g., stress management in the workplace, assertiveness and effective communication, empathic and emotionally attuned leadership, neurodiversity, gender diversity in the workplace, building a cohesive team, clinician training in complex mental health presentations and treatment, etc.).
Services can be provided in-person and online.
Our Didactic Course
Our Psychology Didactic Course is currently being offered in-house to practicum students, interns/residents, and clinicians in supervised practice to fulfill learning and coursework needs to gain psychology competence with the College of Psychologists of Ontario.
