Our Executive Functioning (EF) Coaching Program is designed to help your child build the skills they need to succeed at school and in their personal life. If your child has trouble staying on track with homework, getting organized, or making plans, we’re here to support them!

In our program, your child will:

  • Learn helpful strategies to keep track of schoolwork and stay organized

  • Practice smart study habits to make completing tasks easier

  • Try out fun, hands-on activities that help them learn new skills

  • Master time management with practical tools and tips

  • Work on overcoming school and life challenges with confidence

Each session is interactive and engaging—it’s not just about listening and learning skills from our coaches. Your child will get to do activities, practice new skills, and get support to grow. Plus, we’ll be monitoring their progress to ensure they’re getting the help they need.

The program is overseen by a registered psychologist who will guide your child through the process, and there will be regular check-ins with you to keep you informed about their progress to ensure you’re kept informed. Sessions are conducted in-person 1x a week at our North York location.
